ABOUT EAGLE RIDGE BOCCE BALL LEAGUE
Eagle Ridge Bocce is a place for residents of the Eagle Ridge community to come together on Wednesday & Thursday nights to eat, drink, socialize and of course, play Bocce! Our co-ed league is open to players of all skill levels and ages. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we have a spot for you on our teams. Come join us for some friendly competition and make new friends in the process!

Tournament Qualifiers
How teams qualified:

Throughout the season, scores were recorded and teams were ranked based on:

Wins v Losses

Highest Points Scored

Lowest Points Against

The Top 4 teams were selected from each League, creating 16 bracket qualifiers

The top 16 teams were then re ranked in total, based on the same criteria. Please find the top 16 ranking below!

The total top 16 ranking was then inputted into a standard, single elimination bracket, where the Top team will be the "home team", playing the lowest ranked team

The Winner of each match will continue on, the losing team will be eliminated

Note: As we reranked the teams to make sure it's fair in standard bracket format, some of you will be playing against teams in your own league or at a standard time, but most of you will not.

You are most likely not playing at your normal time- please triple check your game time and show up at least 15 min early!!!

As Denise has gone through a lot of extra trouble to confirm your team can play at your assigned slot, we will be strictly enforcing the penalty and rules for late players and subs! Please reach out ASAP if you need to adjust your playing slot or think you might be late.

Tournament Rules:
We will be playing with the standard rules, plus the below
-
Court officials will make all calls. Cappos can request for balls to be measured, but in the Tournament, Court Officials will lead and their calls will stand

We will be prioritizing having original roster players, however you must have 2 Original Roster players to play

If you only have 3 players, you must play "3 man rules" (where you only get to roll 3 balls on the side with 1 player)
-
You can only use 1 sub throughout the whole tournament- no switching (Subs: you can only play for one team)
-
If you are late, which we don't expect to happen, you cannot have anyone play in your place and your team must play a man down until you arrive- you will then join in at the start of the next match (you will not be able to join in the middle)

You cannot switch players once a game has begun

Home team will start with the Green balls on the North side (parking lot side)
